Worksuite Ideas

I would like an easier way to add candidates without having to ask someone to register. I can only add a freelancer on Talent Directory and I need to create a workflow with an action stage to get them in as a candidate. I also would like the table and card view on the All Candidates page. I realize I can bulk import candidates, but I don’t necessarily want to go that route. The purpose is that I'm keeping a candidate pipeline of qualified talent that I can reach out to in the future when I have an opening. I'll be using Groups and Tags to keep them organized.
