We've added a new permission setting to allow you to decide whether a regular user can change partner types.

This is common in scenarios where a regular user can have authority to move someone from a Freelancer to a Business.

Note that each customer has a different setup and labeling of Partner Types.

To enable regular users to change partner types, navigate to Settings > User Permissions and check the box for Changing Partner Types.
