The TeamBoard is our teams favorite feature, it eliminates extra emailing and confusion by allowing all conversation and discussion to occur within the request. My suggestion here is to have just one TeamBoard per each request. There is currently on chat on the stage screen and then another separate chat when you are viewing the stages. Having these merged will ensure all chats are visible and acknowledged.
