What's new at Worksuite

We just rolled out a new Invoice ID, automatically generated and unique to each invoice.

This will allow you and your Finance team to distinguish between invoices, search by ID on all data tables and invoice PDFs, and quickly copy the ID just by clicking on it. 

This is especially helpful when you're managing a significant volume of assignments and talent. Let's say you manage editorial ops with hundreds of freelancers. And there are a bunch of invoices with the title "October 2023 Articles." 

Now, you'll have a unique identifier to quickly search invoices, reconcile budgets, and tightly manage your contractor spend. And eliminate back-and-forth about "which invoice are you referring to?" when a discrepancy arises.

Plus, who doesn't love a "1-click copy" button?
