Invoice Management Made Easier

Image #1

As part of the big improvements we’ve been making to Invoice management and your payments table UX, we’ve now added this same Invoice visibility in a few other places around Worksuite:

Across Your Account:

  • Freelancer Profiles → new “Invoices” tab, showing any Invoices that the freelancer has raised from past or present work. This includes a scrollable data table where you can check payment status, amounts, dates, approver and more.

  • Task Level → new “Invoices” tab, showing any Invoice(s) related to that task, and the payment status (New, Approved, Paid, etc).

  • Task Description → new “Recently Added Invoices” section, showing a preview of up to 5 relevant Invoices related to that assignment, along with payment status.

From Your Talent’s Perspective:

  • New Payments/Invoices module → They’ll see an enhanced data table to track all their Invoices and payment status, with configurable filters to make it their own.

Plus your talent will also see the two features above:

  • “Invoices” tab on a given Task

  • “Recently Added Invoices” section within Task descriptions

Important Note: You can still "Add Payment/Invoice" to an open Task, but the button has moved. Instead of in the "3 dots" dropdown, you'll see the "Add Invoice" button below the task description, along with any relevant invoices to that assignment.

Keep real-time track of where your invoices and expenses are in the approval process, from virtually anywhere in Worksuite. Get your freelancers paid on time, every time.

And manage your talent with a budget-conscious lens, without having to dig through attachments or spreadsheets.

Happy Finance teams. Happy talent. Happy you!
