Presenting the new Workflow Editor! ☺
Tadaa, we've got something exciting for you - the New Workflow Editor. 🎉
Our main objective in creating this new workflow editor was to provide our Worksuite users with new tools necessary to create an ideal workflow that suits your use cases.
Below are some of the major changes included in the new workflow editor.
- A new user-friendly Request Data stage content editor
2. You can now add tooltips to custom questions
3. Adding a description to the custom question
4. You can now rearrange the order of the options in single-choice or dropdown fields
5. Duplicate the fields within a Request Data stage
6. Nested fields
a. Every item from single- multi-choice and dropdown custom fields can have one or more nested fields underneath
b. These fields will only appear if the user selects that specific option
c. You can add only one level of nested fields.
d. You can add profile fields, custom fields, and content (text, paragraph) - so, for instance, you can display some explanation text when a user chooses an option.
