Now, renewals get the same treatment — automated, auditable, and out of your way so you can stay focused on the strategic work that requires your human brain.
Never miss out on top talent. Enable automated renewals directly on your Contract Templates so engagements continue without interruption. When a contract approaches its end date, Worksuite handles the renewal automatically. No manual restarts, no coverage gaps.
Set-it-and-forget-it renewal rules. Define trigger timing, renewal end date logic, and workflow preferences once at the template level. Update anytime — changes apply to future renewals only.
Built-in approval routing — even when someone's OOO. Assign a Renewal Approver and a backup so nothing stalls. Approve to continue; reject (with a required reason) to stop the renewal chain cleanly.
Compliance that carries forward automatically. If the original contract included Compliance or 1099Policy insurance stages, renewals inherit those settings — locked and consistent.
Your custom field data comes with it. Contract Custom Fields from the original contract are automatically matched and pre-populated on the renewed contract's workflow stages, using the latest value, even if it was updated via a Change Request. No re-entering answers from scratch, whether the renewed contract uses the same workflow or a different one.
Centralized visibility into what's renewing and when. A new "Renewal at" column and filters for renewing status and Renewal Approver mean your team always knows what's coming and who owns it.
Notifications at the right moment. A new alert fires when a renewal needs approval. Enable or disable it in your Email Notification Settings.
How to get started:
- Navigate to Contracts in Worksuite → Contract Templates
- Create a Contract template → Expiration & Renewal → enable Contract Renewal
- Set your trigger timing, end date rules, and renewal workflow
- Assign a Renewal Approver
- Turn on Contract renewal notifications in Email Notification Settings
